Mystery 'Extreme off-road' buses! Only the very best of weird machines on Biglorryblog!
Extreme off-road buses anyone? I have ben browsing through a collection of shots from the Commercial Motor/Chris Hodge Trucks photo gallery which you can find by clicking on http://www.chrishodgephotos.co.uk/pagecma/truckphotos.htm and I stumbled across these...the above vehicle is a mystery to me (anyone identify it) I reckon it's from a Paris Truck Show of the mid or late 80s...And click through here for more strange show motors...(and the bloke on the on the far right with the note pad looks like my old mate and CM colleague Bill Brock.)
Interesting side-opening bonnet configuration....Russian? East European ?
No so uncomfortable for a 4x4...
