Change in Executive Board of Knorr-Bremse AG
Dr. Raimund Klinkner, Chairman of the Executive Board of Knorr-Bremse AG, is to leave the company by mutual agreement with effect from 31.12.2011. Dr. Lorenz Zwingmann, Executive Board Member for Finance, Controlling and IT, will take over the role of Executive Board Spokesman for a transitional period. Following five successful years in the business, Dr. Raimund Klinkner, Chairman of the Executive Board of Knorr-Bremse AG, is to leave the company by mutual agreement with effect from 31.12.2011 in order to take up new professional challenges. We would like to express our gratitude to Dr. Klinkner for his committed service to the company and wish him much success in the future. Dr. Lorenz Zwingmann, who has been a member of the Executive Board of Knorr-Bremse AG since 2008, will take over the role of Executive Board Spokesman for a transitional period in addition to his current duties in the fields of Finance, Controlling and IT.
