National Express appoint new General Manager for southern region

National Express has appointed a new General Manager for the southern region. Beverley James will now oversee coach operations running to and from Cardiff, Bristol, Bournemouth, Southampton, Oxford and Norwich.

42 year old Beverly will support staff in delivering hundreds of safe and punctual coach services every day. Beverly already has an excellent knowledge of the business having previously been Call Centre Manager for National Express for three years.

Beverley commented: "Customer Service is in my blood and I'm really looking forward to working closely with staff across the region. I'll be responsible for some of National Express' busiest coach stations, carrying thousands of passengers to destinations across Britain every week. My job is to ensure the sites have everything required to deliver consistently high levels of service."
