KEITH Walking Floor Europe will be heading to this summer’s Road Transport Expo (RTX) to showcase its robust range of bulk materials unloading technology.

A highlight on its stand will be the J-MAX Steel Floor system, which is specifically designed to offer longer wear when handling abrasive materials.

Made from roll-formed high-strength steel, it features full-length bearings with hold down and a longer slat life than aluminium flooring.

Its unique ‘J’ seal reduces the sifting of material, whilst 100% floor movement means no ‘dead’ space.

The system is both forklift and compactor compatible and is suitable for a wide range of applications - from sand and gravel, through to light demolition debris, wood and glass - to enable maximum versality for operators to backhaul.

As well as its many WALKING FLOOR® systems, the manufacturer also makes versatile storage and conveying bins for receiving, storing and metering materials.

Bins are custom-engineered from concept to construction and can be designed to any dimension and weight capacity.

Configurations are based on customer specifications and include pit-mounted, large and small storage bins, loader-fed bins and DrivOn™ solutions.

A variety of industrial material handling accessories such as infeed chutes, levelling screws, spike rolls and discharge augers are available.

The team will be ready and waiting to talk to customers at RTX, so make sure to take a visit to their stand during your time at the show.

“I’m looking forward to meeting customers new and old to discuss the latest developments in KEITH WALKING FLOOR® technology,” said Mark Allan, mobile and stationary sales, UK & Ireland.

“There are some new and exciting floor designs which help the haulier to maximise their payload and versatility. Come and see us at RTX and we can tell you more.”

RTX takes place at NAEC Stoneleigh, Warwickshire from 4-6 June and is completely free to attend. It will feature more than 200 exhibitors and a three-day topical conference programme. Register today for your free ticket!
