Commercial Motor takes a look at some of the applications and decisions published this week including Jack Richards & Son and STR Logistics.

Freightright has applied to increase the number of vehicles on its standard international O-licence to three vehicles and four trailers to operate from Woburn Park Farm, Addlestone More, Addlestone.

BWC Haulage, which has an operating centre on Darent Industrial Estate, Erith, has been granted a standard national licence for three vehicles. A condition attached to the licence is that the firm provides financial evidence to the TC for April, May and June to show that it meets the required levels of funding.

Norfolk-based Jack Richards & Son has applied for standard national authorisation to operate 15 vehicles and 40 trailers from Smurfit Kappa Sheepfeeding in Witney. Transport manager is Kevin Catling.

Mulholland International has made a new application for a standard international licence for three vehicles and two trailers to operate from Avonbank Industrial Estate, Avonmouth, Bristol. Transport manager is Wendy Mulholland.

STR Logistics has asked to increase its authorisation at its existing operating centre at Peamore Truck Centre, Alphington, Exeter, to 20 vehicles and 12 trailers. Transport manager is Andy Searle.

New Horizons Transport & Training has made a standard national O-licence application for 12 vehicles to operate from the Workshop, Brunel Rd , Middlesbrough.

Rees Plant Services has asked to increase its standard international authorisation at Bryn Polyn Bach on the Upper Denbigh Rd, St Asaph to five vehicles and two trailers.

Silverline Logistics of Nuneaton has made a standard national O-licence application for five vehicles and five trailers to operate from the Roy Humphrey Group, A140 Norwich Ipswich Rd, Eye. Transport manager is Lee Anthony Agus.

Spence Transport Services of Inverness has applied to operate four vehicles on a standard national licence from a new operating centre on Carsegate Rd South, Inverness.
