Stroud–based Howard Tenens Logistics has applied for a standard national licence for 28 vehicles and 35 trailers at Stakehill Industrial Estate, Middleton, Manchester. It has additional applied for 15 vehicles and 20 trailers to operate from unit 8A, Road One on Winsford Industrial Estate, Winsford.
Cornwall-based Guy Martin & Partners has applied for a standard international licence for six vehicles and six trailers to operate from The Chalet, Tresarret, Bodmin, as well as two vehicles and three trailers to operate from land at Callynough, Helland, also Bodmin.
Liquid & Gas Transport Services UK, of Anson Road, Stoke-on-Trent, has applied to increase its international O-licence to 10 vehicles and 11 trailers at its operating centre at Ashford International Truck Stop.

M C Stennett & Sons, based in Bury St Edmunds, has been granted authorization for a standard international licence to operate four vehicles and four trailers from Ashley Auto Unit on the Mardy Industrial Estate, Swansea.
On Point Logistics has applied to switch its standard international licence from Cheston Road, Birmingham to Garretts Green Lane, Birmingham. The new authorisation application is for 50 vehicles and 50 trailers.
Mann Transport of West Bromwich has applied for a standard national licence for two vehicles and two trailers to operate from the site of City Carriers in Neachells Lane, Wolverhampton.
