Secondhand Trucks is the fleet sales division of transport and logistics company Maritime Transport and has a range of quality nearly new trucks available to buy at competitive prices.
Currently, Secondhand Trucks’ stock comprises Scania, Volvo and Mercedes-Benz tractor units and a range of chassis cabs, all of which arrive with customers in ‘like new’ condition with complete service history, up to 12 months MOT and warranty available. Each truck has also been through numerous tests and inspections before it is delivered to the customer.
Trucks come with a high spec and includes an in-cab fridge and a microwave, forward facing camera, heated seat, leather interior and more.
Secondhand Trucks, which is based in Tilbury in Essex, runs a 'stock-on-the-road' system, which allows the company to take the customer’s choice of vehicle off the Maritime fleet to prepare and sell to their exact requirements without a lengthy lead time.
As the truck comes from Maritime’s own fleet, the sales team know everything about the truck and its history and can also offer impartial advice on which truck would be best suited to the customer’s business.
High levels of customer service are integral to Secondhand Trucks’ approach and this, combined with the quality of the trucks on offer and a comprehensive after sales service, including extended warranties if requested, mean that many customers are repeat buyers.
Secondhand Trucks also offer customisation services for trucks if customers require something bespoke. This includes installing larger fuel tanks, PTOs for bulk transport/walking floors, fitting light bars, alloy wheels or front/rear facing cameras and chassis/cab painting.
