MAN Truck & Bus has recorded a successful return to The CV Show 2017 at the NEC in Birmingham.
MAN has been present over the course of the three days and has welcomed record numbers of visitors to the stand.
The leading commercial vehicle company displayed new product innovations, including the all-new MAN TGE range which made its UK debut at the show. The new van was greatly received by both the press and general public, with lots of enquiries and promising sales leads to follow.
MAN also exhibited its latest innovations in engine technology, increasing their 520 to 560hp variants to move up to 540 and 580hp respectively, increasing power yet reducing fuel consumption across the range.
In addition, MAN TopUsed launched a brand new app, which aims to make it faster and simpler for potential customers to track down a vehicle that meets their criteria.
MAN had experts on hand to discuss everything from new vehicle solutions, aftersales and service, MAN TopUsed and the full range of offerings from MAN Financial Services.
Thomas Hemmerich, new managing director of MAN Truck & Bus UK, told us about his impression and experience of his first CV Show. He said: “It was an exciting time to be introducing myself as the new managing director of MAN Truck & Bus UK at the UK’s most prestigious industry event, the CV Show.
“We have welcomed many people to the stand and have received fantastic feedback about the new TGE vehicle range, as well as the changes to the TG range.
“It has been a great opportunity for me to liaise with our customers and it has been brilliant to showcase MAN’s latest innovations and share my vi-sions for the future of the brand.”
The show welcomed over 20,000 visitors and experts, and with new product launches and innovations, a welcome from the new MD, Thomas Hem-merich, and one of the largest stands at the CV Show, MAN Truck & Bus UK certainly staged a showstopping performance.
