The Motor Transport Awards are open for entries

The 2025 Motor Transport Awards are now open for entries and this year there is a new category – Specialist Operator of the Year.

This is to recognise the specialist operators who would not consider themselves eligible for the long-running Haulier of the Year award. These could include heavy haulage, container hauliers, car carriers or tanker operators to name just a few.

The MT Awards are the most prestigious in the road transport industry and the winners are announced at a glittering ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel which this year takes place on 3 September.

Entering the awards is free but to be in with the best shot at making the shortlist or collecting a trophy it is vital that entrants read the entry guide and the criteria for each award carefully. These can be found on the Awards website mtawards.co.uk along with the entry form.
