How did you get into the industry and why?
I was looking for an industry to which I felt attached, and I was hungry for promotion.
How would you encourage more young people into the industry?
Don’t get tied-up in the old stereotypes; the industry now employs world leading technologies and needs young professionals to embrace and advance this progress.
What is the outlook for your sector of the market over the next 12 months?
We see strong growth opportunities in the marketplace, both for our existing product range, and for the introduction of new products and services
