My favourite holiday destination is…

Cornwall. I have been going there for many years. I love the scenic views and walks across the coast.

I drive an…

Audi A1 TFSI.

My hobbies are…

Playing football for Wolverhampton Wanderers Football Club, which takes up most of my time. I train three times a week at Wolves and play on Sundays.

I got into the industry when….

I was given the opportunity to take up a position on the commercial side, I thought it seemed interesting and I wanted to add another string to my bow. It’s not an industry I had considered before. I previously worked for the University of Birmingham in a sales and marketing role and for Wolves, encouraging and developing girls’ participation in football.

To encourage more young people into the industry we should…

Develop apprenticeships and work experience as it would encourage more young people to consider this as a job prospect. If you have an interest in vehicles it helps.

The objective for 2017 is…

To maintain and look after the business we have and to expand other business steadily and sustainably, with no knee-jerk reactions to try to expand market share too quickly. Our plan this year is to deliver the best customer service experience possible, and we have put several new people in place to help us do this. We also want to nurture the repeat business we have and gain new customers.
