As operators seek to explore integrated fleet management technology to replace current paper or standalone digital systems, Aquarius IT will be showcasing its full range of compliance and Earned Recognition management solutions at this year’s Road Transport Expo (RTX) at NAEC Stoneleigh from 28-30 June.

This will include the Aquarius Asset Maintenance portal, which integrates with the company’s tacho analysis system, defect App and eSIGN technologies. The company said the portal is transforming the way operators manage, communicate, connect and report on all areas of fleet management relating to vehicle maintenance, inspections and driver activity.

Alongside this, visitors will be given a first-look at Aquarius’s new Asset Finance system, which works in tandem with Asset Maintenance to give operators and workshop managers an intuitive way of monitoring maintenance and part costs related to each asset. The flexibility of Asset Finance also enables commercially-run workshops to examine and report on costs related to external operations.

The team will also be demonstrating all the latest features in its Time & Attendance technology, which the company said has become an important ‘added value’ solution with the rise of remote working and a continuing driver shortage.

Its connectivity with the tacho-analysis data, means it can help operators dynamically manage administrative-burdensome tasks related to employee hours, shifts, holidays, expenses and pay.

Aquarius IT director Mark Johnston said: “In 2022, we recorded our busiest year and central to this success has been our total-system approach to managing all areas of fleet management data on one digital platform. By combining these technologies, our software allows operators to have full visibility of their fleet in real-time and to be able to uniquely drill deeper into this linked driver and vehicle information for even greater clarity.”

“This is not only proving to be beneficial for compliance and safety – as well as for those seeking or reporting on Earned Recognition - it is also helping our road transport customers run more efficiently, both financially and practically.

“We have many case examples of this, from both large and small operators, and we look forward to returning to Road Transport Expo in June to showcase how our approach is delivering real results.”
