Aquarius is marking its 20th anniversary this year. Founded in 2004, the company focuses on software solutions for the road transport industry with integrated tachograph and asset management services.

At RTX, the team is showcasing its updated app which houses daily defect checking, driver debriefs, incident checking, document management and other Aquarius solutions. Liz Haselden, director of marketing and operations, says: “The whole team is really excited to be at RTX, we’ve not stopped talking about it to customers in the run-up to the show.”

RTX is also a chance to celebrate new positions within the company’s senior management. Mark Johnston has been promoted to managing director, Neil Chetwynd is now director of development and Liz Haselden has been appointed director of marketing and operations.

Johnston says: “This promotion is not just a significant milestone in my career but also one for our business, and I am deeply grateful for the trust placed in me by Aquarius. I am truly excited to embrace this new role and the responsibilities it entails. With a great team around me, and with great customers and partners, I am looking forward to continuing to develop our market-leading position, and bringing even more value to our customers.

“Sustainability and innovation will continue to be at the heart of what we do to ensure we always stay ahead of the technical and compliance curve, and can continue to provide real digital solutions that help and support all of our customers in road transport.”
