H Sivyer (Transport) has applied for a new operating centre at The Bin Park, rear of 55 Lydenburg St, Herringham Rd, Charlton, London, for 25 vehicles and two trailers. The named director is Simon John Sivyer and the firm holds a standard national licence.

Glasgow-based S Nixon Heavy Haulage has applied for a standard national licence for two vehicles and two trailers based at an operating centre at Dunnswood House, Dunnswood Roadd, Cumbernauld. The named director is Stephen Nixon.

David S Alsop of Oban has asked to increase authorisation at an existing operating centre at Upper Soroba Farm, Oban, to 15 vehicles and 15 trailers. He has applied to remove another operating centre on land half a mile north of Kilninver primary school. He holds a standard international licence.

Seafield Park Transport has applied to increase authorisation at its operating centre at the Old Coal Yard, Burnett Roadd, Inverness, to 30 vehicles and 40 trailers. The company holds a standard national licence.

A Williamson Haulage of Cowdenbeath has asked to increase authorisation on its standard national licence to 20 vehicles and 30 trailers at its existing operating centre on Woodend industrial estate, Cowdenbeath.

Derbyshire operator JA Barker has applied to increase authorization at its operating centre on Croft Farm, Matlock to 12 vehicles and 10 trailers.

Bury-based Speakmans Construction has been allowed to upgrade its licence from restricted to a standard international.

H&B Logistics has been allowed an increase in its authorisation to 25 vehicles and 25 trailers at its operating centre at the Westwood Business Centre, Oldham.

ASD Transport Birmingham has applied for a standard national licence for 20 vehicles and 18 trailers to operate from Moxley Road, Darlaston, Wednesbury.
