Vehicle auctioneer Aston Barclay has taken delivery of two 17-plate Scania P410s, with nine-car Pegasus trailers from Rolfo.

Each truck is equipped with 450-litre fuel tanks, Scania Eco-roll systems, sideguards, close-proximity mirrors and in-cab mobile digital recording systems made up of four cameras.

Scania dealer TruckEast and Dunmow-based Belle Trailers carried out final preparations to the trucks.

Chelmsford-based Aston Barclay has now completed an 11-month full upgrade of its transporter fleet.

Martin Potter, group operations director at Aston Barclay, said: “The level of investment in our in-house transporter fleet demonstrates our commitment to delivering competitive, exceptional service for our customers, for whom speed of sale and disposal is crucial.”
