Citroën’s new Berlingo Electric L2 550 LX van is on the manufacturer’s stand this year.
The L2 is powered by the same electric drivetrain as the Electric L1 version, developing 67hp and maximum torque of 200Nm.
Its range is 106 miles and it can be recharged to 80% capacity in 30 minutes. The front wheels are driven through a speed reducer and single ratio gearbox.
The L2 offers a load length of 2,050mm and a load volume of 3.7m3 and features twin sliding side loading doors as standard.
Its passenger bench seat can also be folded to extend the load length to 3,250mm, giving a maximum load volume of 4.1m3.
The lithium-ion battery packs are fitted beneath the load floor, and it also has a 16A Type 2 charging cable as standard. The cable is compatible with most public access charging points.
