BPW has acquired 100% of the share capital of truck and trailer parts distributor FP&S from Retland Manufacturing.
The purchase sees the UK-based firm join BPW’s expanding network of parts distributors across Europe. FP&S has 20 strategically located operating sites in the UK.
With its iTRAC system that includes integrated ordering and reporting, the company provides a managed parts supply system for all commercial vehicles. The BPW Aftermarket Group, which was founded in 1987, has 70 subsidiaries operating across 17 countries.
Members of the group focus on supplying original truck and trailer parts. BPW believes the addition of FP&S will help hauliers with their international operations by offering a high quality and standardised parts service across Europe.
