Brand new 32-tonne DAF CF 450 8x2: Commercial Motor's used truck of the week

Our Used Truck of the week is a DAF CF 450 8x2 that’s fresh out of the box with just the delivery mileage on the clock.

This 68-plate 32-tonne rigid is specified with a Space Cab and Fassi F660RA.2.26 front-mounted crane. It has a flatbed body by Bevan with an extendable frame to transport a 32ft container and has a steel headboard and pillars.

Liveried in a fetching white, red and blue colour scheme, the CF is powered by a 10.8-litre MX-11 engine producing 449hp and 2,300Nm of torque.

It’s fitted with a 12-speed TraXon automated gearbox and has air suspension on the drive- and steer-axles. The cab is also kitted out with twin bunks, a fridge and air conditioning.

The Fassi crane is capable of lifting 4 tonnes and has a maximum outreach of 29.6m.

It’s being sold by Hexagon Leasing (Trux4All) with a full MoT and is covered by a two-year vehicle and three year driveline warranty.
