Bristol-based Brandon Hire Station has purchased four new Isuzu 7.5-tonne Grafter 190 4x2 rigids as part of an ongoing fleet replacement programme.
Three of the Grafters have been fitted with body manufacturer Buckingham’s 750 gallon toilet servicing tanks for Brandon’s toilet hire department, while the fourth has a factory-fitted beavertail body to help with moving diggers, fence panels and larger equipment.
Replacing Brandon’s older Isuzu trucks, the latest additions will be painted in a blue and silver livery following the firm’s recent takeover by VP Hire Station.
Director, Mark Moody, said: “We have an ongoing investment programme within our fleet and these four Isuzus, resplendent in their new distinctive livery, give us the functionality and reliability we require from our delivery and collection vehicles.”
The new trucks were bought outright and will be maintained in-house by Brandon Hire Station.
Moody added: “We have operated Isuzu trucks in the fleet for many years and we have found them to be extremely robust and give us excellent long-term reliable service.”
