C Butt lands three-year deal with Coca-Cola Enterprises

C Butt has landed a three-year distribution contract with Coca-Cola Enterprises.

The Northamptonshire logistics and road haulage firm will provide trunking operations between sites in Milton Keynes and Northampton.

However, operations director Karl Hodgkinson told Roadtransport.com that he was hopeful the relationship would develop over time.

"We foresee a great opportunity to integrate and further develop operations between both companies," he says.

C Butt will be using 11 curtainsiders and 20 trailers to service the contract.

Last October, C Butt said it was confident about the future, after full-year profit for 2010 leapt 60% thanks to new contract wins and a reduction in costs.
