CAM European Logistics has gone into liquidation just months after insolvency experts wound up another of its director's firms, CAM European.
Liquidator Fisher Partners says the Royston, Herts-based company, which has a licence for 10 vehicles and 15 trailers, was placed into liquidation following a meeting of creditors last month.
Its spokesman, Andrew Lau, adds: "The company leased all of its kit; there are no assets and it is unlikely creditors will be paid."
Director Christopher Synowiec and his wife and company secretary Suzanne also ran CAM European, which had the same registered address in Royston as CAM European Logistics until that was placed into liquidation in July 2009.
In addition, the couple ran CAM European Freight Services with a Thetford, Norfolk address until that was wound up in January 2008.
Suzanne Synowiec says the latest liquidation was caused by the stationery producer Shawcross & Dickinson, going into administration: "We were hit for £83,000 by our second biggest customer," she says.
