Cartwright Fleet Services (CFS) has bought Glasgow Iveco dealer Kerr and Smith as part of its plan to take a greater share of the vehicle leasing and contract hire market.

CFS director of fleet services Lawrence Todd said his company, which has a network of 125 service suppliers, is looking forward to working with the CFS (Glasgow) team and supporting its growth. He said: “The Iveco brand complements the CFS service offering, and the acquisition provides an opportunity to provide the full range of products from 3.5- to 44-tonne vehicles to existing and new customers.”

CFS manages more than 12,000 assets, has five workshops and 50 mobile technicians. Todd said: “We are delighted to secure the Iveco dealership.”
