Ceva Logistics has won a contract to deliver spare parts to approximately 200 BMW and Mini dealerships across the UK.

The transport company – which already has agreements with the car manufacturers in Australia, Brazil, China, Poland and the USA – will use its C-CAM IT track-and-trace system as part of the deal.

Martin Douglas, national parts manager at BMW (UK), says: "BMW and CEVA already work together in many markets around the world. Its high level of expertise in the automotive sector makes it the clear choice for our UK parts distribution."

David Jackman, Ceva UK and Ireland automotive business sector director, adds: "We are delighted that BMW has taken the decision to award Ceva this business."
