Fresh from last year’s release of the new Berlingo van, Citroen (5C40) has returned to the CV Show officially debuting the new model as well as celebrating its 100th year with a classic H van on display.

Alongside the range of Berlingo, Dispatch and Relay models, Citroen is highlighting its Business Centre programme which has recently been revamped to better serve its customers.

Citroen head of business sales Ed Hickin (above), who helped launch the Business Centre programme in 2006, will resume his role after working elsewhere in the business and will refocus the network to improve customer experience.

“We knew that some of the Business Centres shouldn’t have been on the programme,” Hickin explained. “But there were also some dealers who should have been in the programme. We’ve now got 40 dealers set up to deal with the volume that comes from national fleets. But we also have 75 Business Active Dealers who are selling B2B.
