CJ Keys International takes delivery of first MAN TGX Performance Line

Tobermore, Co Londonderry-based CJ Keys International has taken delivery of its first MAN TGX26.640 Performance Line.

The 6x2/2 truck, which includes XXL sleeper cab, twin bunks, air management kit, chrome roof lights, air horns, lower chrome lights and leather interior, features the D3876 15.2 litre 6-cylinder engine and Tipmatic 12-speed gearbox. It also comes with a three-year comprehensive warranty and a two-year driveline warranty.

The vehicle will be driven by owner Robert Keys who runs a fleet of nine, the majority MANs. He said: “The truck stands out and when I saw it I liked it, but you don’t spend that kind of money on a want.

"I am not a showman, but I do appreciate the finer things in life. Ultimately, they have to earn their keep and this truck is going to be out on the roads doing the same jobs as all the others.

"I am expecting it to be as efficient as the other MANs in the fleet." Keys said the service provided by dealer RK Trucks was a key factor in his decision to purchase the vehicle.
