CRJ Services, a mobile recycling equipment hire firm based near Knutsford, Cheshire, has bought its first new vehicle, a flagship in its all-Volvo fleet.

The FH 16-650, supplied by Thomas Hardie Commercials in Middlewich, is covered by a gold repair and maintenance contract which, using telematics, will allow the dealer to remotely diagnose faults with the vehicle’s key components.

This service caught the attention of CRJ Services director Rob Symons when buying the addition to the company’s seven-strong fleet. He said: “We are used to using this technology to help deliver the best customer service.

"The mobile waste recycling machinery hire business is intensive and customers need to know that they are not going to be let down because of an easily fixable problem.”
