Corporate Road Solutions 24:7 advertised in the West Lothian Courier for a licence to operate four vehicles and eight trailers, just weeks after a traffic commissioner found its previous incarnation had expanded rapidly at the expense of compliance. Scottish TC Joan Aitken disqualified CRS 24:7's original owner, Gary Keenan, from running any haulage company for 18 months she also disqualified the company and revoked its licence.

By then Keenan had sold his business to Andrew Croll and Barry Stanley, who were forced to bring in administrators. Companies House does not list Croll and Stanley as being involved in Corporate Road Solutions 24:7, but it does list Mark Nicholl - who was a director of CRS 24:7 for a short period earlier this year. He was not disqualified by the TC.

Adela Wiggerts and Anne Mcfall are listed as director and secretary of Corporate Road Solutions 24:7 CRS 24:7's old website includes an e-mail address for adela@crs247.com.

A Vosa spokesman says it has not received an application from Corporate Road Solutions, but it has until 14 December to apply.
