CV Show 2015: Drivers’ hours infringements cut with Stoneridge Duo

Drivers’ hours infringements have been reduced by 60% when using the Stoneridge Duo tachograph, according to a survey of 108 drivers.

Infringements due to failure to comply with the two weekly rest period were cut by 82% using the latest SE5000 Exakt Duo tacho, which provides drivers with real time information on their available driving time and required length of rest periods.

This information is available in the tacho display, via a smart phone app and now via the latest smart watches - which also vibrate to warn the driver when approaching the end of their driving allowance.

To allow operators to see for themselves how the Stoneridge system can reduce driver infringements the company is giving away a complete system worth £1,500 - including SE5000 Exakt Duo tacho, management software package, a smart phone and smart watch - each day of the show in a free prize draw.
