D&A Transport sold

D&A Transport Cardiff, which held an O-licence for 42 vehicles and 12 trailers, has been sold to a connected party after it appointed an administrator last month.

The company’s assets were sold to D&A Media Bristol for £160,000 on 22 February, shortly after administrator
SFP Group was appointed on 19 February.

D&A Media Bristol is managed by Andrew Emmett, the son of D&A Transport Cardiff director Beverley Emmett, and is a former employee.

The administrator declined to comment.
