Independent builder’s merchant George Tufts and Son has bought a new Daf LF 180 dropside from Ford and Slater.

It is the seventh Daf the Bradenham, Norfolk-based firm has bought from Ford and Slater since 2002. The vehicles are serviced and maintained at the truck trader’s King’s Lynn depot.

Tufts MD Tony Valentine said: “Ford and Slater is a lovely family business sharing the same values as us. Whenever I need to speak to the team we are made to feel as though we are getting a fair deal and that we are a valued customer.

“We want to trust that our chosen dealership is keeping up to date with the latest in truck innovations to ensure that we are getting the best possible product or service available - these are things which Ford and Slater do well, and the reason we continue to purchase and service with them.”

Dealer principal for Ford and Slater King’s Lynn Keith Spurway said: “Building steadfast and lasting relationships with all our customers is important to everyone here at Ford and Slater.

"We pride ourselves on being able to provide the very best in innovation and technology, as well as the outstanding customer service that keeps our customers coming back time and time again. We look forward to another 15 years working alongside Tufts.”
