Daf Trucks has officially opened its brand-new UK head office. The new offices and training centre in Haddenham are built on a 4.5-acre site with 50,000 sq ft of office space, four workshop bays, training facilities and an auditorium. The £20m HQ was opened by Mark Pigott, KBE, executive chairman of the Board of Directors of Paccar Inc. He was joined by staff from Daf Trucks, Leyland Trucks and Paccar Financial, as well as members of the Aylesbury Vale District and Haddenham Parish Councils.

Robin Easton, MD of Daf Trucks UK said the new site is “a demonstration of the commitment to further strengthen DAF’s leading position in the UK market.”

“DAF has been the UK market leader for 23 consecutive years”, Easton said. “With this excellent facility, its dedicated staff and our tremendous truck manufacturing facility in Leyland, I am confident we will further expand this strong position in the United Kingdom.”
