What time does your day normally begin?
I arrive at our Westbury branch for 8am every morning.

What type of customers do you normally provide servicing for?
We provide the highest levels of service to all our customers, from one-vehicle owners to large fleets and everyone in between.

How much of your day is spent in the workshop and how much on the road?
I spend the majority of my time at our branch and in the service department and workshop areas, to manage the team and ensure the smooth running of the department. I do like to go out and visit our customers too, as this is an important part of building trusting and effective relationships with them.

How long have you been with the business?
I have just celebrated 35 years at Rygor, with a recognition lunch with our board of directors and other team members who were being recognised.

What types of trucks/vans are you servicing at the moment?
At our Westbury branch we maintain both vans and trucks, with approximately a 50/50 split. As an authorised Mercedes-Benz vans and trucks dealership, our technicians are highly trained to maintain and diagnose these vehicles.

Will Brexit have an effect on dealerships in 2018?
That is difficult to predict, but what I do know is that we will continue to deliver a service level that sets standards for our customers.
