Diamond Trucks supplies McKinstry Skip Hire with Renault Range D 4x2 skip loaders

Northern Ireland-based waste-management specialist McKinstry Skip Hire has taken delivery of two Range D 4x2s with High Cabs and VDL skip loaders.

The 18-tonners, supplied by Mallusk-based dealer Diamond Trucks, come with Renault 6 cylinder in-line DTI 8-litre engines. They join McKinstry’s 50-strong mixed fleet supplying skips for large construction contracts and private customers across Northern Ireland. 

McKinstry’s transport manager James Crossett said: “Availability and performance of the Range D was great and the aftersales package was impressive. Diamond Trucks is on our doorstep, and we have a good working relationship with the team there; they are on the ball and any servicing or parts requirements are dealt with efficiently and promptly so we minimise vehicle downtime.”
