Theo de Pencier is new head of FTA
The Freight Transport Association has confirmed that Theo de Pencier will take over from Richard Turner, who retires as chief executive on 1st July. De Pencier has long been a strong advocate for the industry, most recently as a board member of the Road Haulage Association.
