Eight applications and decisions that caught our eye this week, including operators such as John Lewis and DX Network Services.

KBC Logistics wants to increase authorisation at its operating centre at Hanson Yard, Beacon Hill Industrial Estate, Purfleet to 150 vehicles and 150 trailers.

Southampton-based Alpha1 Logistic has applied for a standard international licence for six vehicles and six trailers to operate from the Eling Wharf, High Street, Totton, Southampton.

Dependable Logistics wants a licence for three vehicles, two trailers and an operating centre on Stem Lane Industrial Estate, New Milton, Hampshire.

DX Network Services has applied for a new operating centre on Pucklechurch Trading Estate, Bristol, with authorisation for 28 vehicles and 16 trailers. It holds a standard national licence.

John Lewis can increase the authorisation at its centre on Willoughby Road, Bracknell to 50 vehicles and 20 trailers.

Safe and Sound Haulage of Trowbridge, Wiltshire wants a standard national licence with an operating centre at Renault Trucks, Banbury Road, Northampton, with authorisation for five vehicles.

Highlife Logistics has applied for a standard national licence with an operating centre in Bessemer Drive, Stevenage, with authorisation for five vehicles.

Selby Transport Services wants a licence for an operating centre in Market Weighton Road, Barlby, Selby, with authorisation for 20 vehicles and 40 trailers.
