Everywoman winners announced

The winners of the MAN-sponsored everywoman awards are:

Rising Star - Caroline Barber, Transaid;

Commercial Driver - Vicky Taylor, Home Delivery Network;

Director - Anne Preston, Prestons of Potto;

Warehouse - Lucy Parker, DHL Supply Chain;

Trainer - Charlotte Russell, Gist People Services;

Woman of the Year - Helen Halpin.

Helen, who works for Bulky Bob's, says: "I work with a great team of people. They are all fantastic and very supportive, and the company has given me great opportunities. It is overwhelming and a big surprise to win."

Bulky Bob's is a social enterprise that uses long term unemployed labour to recycle furniture.
