Evans Halshaw has opened its first Van Store in the UK, based next to its DAF dealership in Birtley, County Durham.
A total of 150 used vans, tippers and Lutons are available to view and test drive from the facility in Drum Road, Barley Mow, close to junction 63 of the A1. The store has paint facilities, an MoT centre and valeting services.
Evans Halshaw has taken on eight employees to run the site and is also looking for customer sales assistants and LCV technicians. It is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6pm; on Saturday from 9am to 4pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm.
