FMG new recruits

Fleet performance company FMG Support has added three new members to its management team. Trevor Latus is now head of the company's contact centre with 23 years' service in the contact centre industry. Latus previously worked at Homeserve Claims Management as customer services and network director. Janice Kennaway joins FMG as its head of service centre to manage its customer service function. Kennaway has almost 30 years' experience in the insurance sector, with senior positions at Norwich Union and Fortis Insurance.

FMG's new head of human resources is Nicola Wilson. has previously worked for Boots and Loop Customer Management. Ex-footballer Duncan Brown has joined TIP trailer services as regional account manager. Brown will cover the North-east and . He stopped playing football aged 27 after stints with , Hereford United and . He had previously worked at TIP as a sales manager before training to be a teacher and football coach.
