Greenhous DAF opens used truck centre in Wolverhampton

Greenhous DAF has opened a new used trucks centre at its Wolverhampton site.

The facility in Neachells Lane will have up to 10 used LF, CF and XFs on its forecourt, all with minimum three-month warranties.

There is also optional 24-hour servicing, parts back-up, MoT testing, finance and the dealer can fit reversing cameras, tracking equipment and dash cams.

Darren Keirle (pictured), who has worked in parts sales at Greenhous DAF for seven years, has been appointed used truck sales specialist at the site.

Meanwhile Greenhous has acquired Birmingham-based Commercial Fleet Services from former owners Phil Ryan and Graham McDermott.

The facility in Aston, now known as Greenhous DAF Birmingham, has four service lanes and an ATF lane.

Mike Seeley, operations manager at Greenhous DAF Birmingham said the dealer will upgrade tools and equipment at the facility.

He added: “It is very much business as usual for our customers with the existing staff making the transition to become Greenhous employees.

“An advantage of having the DAF Wolverhampton dealership not far away is that we can supply parts quickly and we can make staff available in busy periods.”
