Enterprise Logistics, the Corby, Northants warehousing and logistics provider, could be facing insolvency after creditors of the business were invited to a meeting next month. Phone lines at the company, which was bought by investors in 2006, were no longer working when Commercial Motor attempted to contact director Steve Brimfield.

A spokeswoman at insolvency specialists BWC Business Solutions confirms that those owed money are being invited to nominate a liquidator at a meeting in Crick, Northants. She says: "It is not in administration. A Section 98 meeting has been arranged for 2 April.

"Enterprise Logistics was bought by Keswick Enterprises, an investment business owned by ex-Tibbet & Britten director John Harvey, in 2006. Harvey, who was chairman of Enterprise, tells CM: "We sold it to the management about a year ago."
