Isuzu Truck (UK) is setting up a new range of telematics products and services for its vehicles and operators called I-Vision.

Clare Armstrong has been appointed as solutions partner for the new department created division within Isuzu Truck (stand 3A20). It will offer UK operators a full range of vehicle telematics which is included within Isuzu Motors Japan’s established online Mimamori system.

Keith Child, marketing director at Isuzu Truck (UK), says the company has recognised that operators may require a total solution, which could include routing or job management. “With this in mind we are able to offer integrated systems if required, all backed by the global resources of Isuzu Motors Japan.

“I-Vision provides standard vehicle tracking and two-way messaging facilities and additional intelligent features such as driver style characteristics, fuel consumption and vehicle diagnostics/prognostics,” he adds.
