Llanelli-based KBHS has added two new MAN TGS 35.440 8x4 BB heavy-duty tippers to its fleet.

"It's amazing to see the advances MAN has made with its latest TGS eight-wheeler," says director Karen Thomas. "Jump out of the F8 and into the TGS and you can see in an instant over 30 years of progress - the designs are so radically different."

The new TGS units will work predominantly on muck-shifting, but will be used also on aggregate work. "We're very pleased that MAN pursued its ECR route to Euro 4 and Euro 5. It eliminates the need for us to store AdBlue on site thats just not viable for us."

KBHS operates throughout South Wales and the West, regularly undertaking major earthworks projects and also moving material on a load and haul basis using their own excavators.
