Operators looking to buy one of Keltruck’s Scania Silver Knight trucks will need to act quickly, as only four of the limited edition tractors remain unsold.

The V8-powered S-series tractors, consisting of an S730 (King Arthur) and 20 S650s (King Arthur’s knights), were conceived by Keltruck’s sales director Dave Morgan and new sales manager Steve Fletcher to help celebrate the Scania V8’s 50th anniversary in 2019.

Following in the footsteps of Keltruck’s 2016 Scania White Knights, all of the 6x2 tractors are finished in a distinctive livery, and come complete with unique nameplates. All are supplied with eye-catching black wheels as standard, although some customers have chosen to replace these with Alcoa Dura-Bright alloys.

King Arthur has been purchased by Alwin, which took delivery of three of the original White Knights. Other customers include ICS Distribution, Smiths Mechanical Services, Total Rail Solutions and Robert Hopkins Environmental Services.

  • You’ll be able to see some of the Silver Knights at this year’s Convoy in the Park Show at Donington Park - 22-23 August
