Keyway Group of Gloucester has taken delivery of its first trucks from Volvo, a mix of 28 FMX tippers, FH tractor units and FMs.

They include 24 FMXs with B-Ride high rear suspension as well as two 500hp STGO Cat2 FH tractors.

There are also two FM 8x2 rigids with King beavertail bodies from Truck and Bus Wales and West.

All the trucks are on three-year repair and maintenance contracts with the dealer at its depots in Avonmouth and Gloucester.

MD at Keyway Group Eamonn McGurk said. “We’ve not traditionally run Volvo trucks, but the automated manual I-Shift transmission and incredible support from Truck and Bus Wales and West convinced us this was the way to go and we’re extremely happy with the outcome.”
