KNP Logistics Group has added to its fleet of more than 300 trialers with the addition of 35 SDC Freespan trailers
The deal, worth in excess of £1m is part of the group’s on going renewal process with the latest batch of 4.2m tri-axle trailers specified with a BPW safe load strapping systems. Five of the new arrivals will be livered in customer branding while the remaining 30 will take on the KNP branding.
Speaking about the new arrivals, Paul Abbott, Knights of Old Group director, said: "Despite the high demand for new trailers and ongoing labour and materials shortages, with direct control over every stage of their manufacturing process, SDC delivered all KNP Group trailer builds to schedule.”
He added: “During our 17 year relationship they have manufactured over 500 trailers for us, all enhanced with the latest available safety innovations, and all delivered to schedule.’’
