Across the UK and Ireland, Krone Trailers now has a network of more than 400 workshops and repair vans. The expansion of its network is designed to offer faster and more efficient support to minimise downtime. These service points are accessible using a 24/7 breakdown hotline which offers multi-lingual functionality.

Krone Trailer UK’s aftersales manager, James Hardie, said: “Whether it’s for preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, or routine inspections, Krone’s service network ensures that customers are always within reach of a reliable solution, regardless of their location.

“Time on the road is directly linked to every Krone customer’s bottom line. Our investment in a national service network of workshops and mobile repair vehicles reflects our dedication to maximizing vehicle uptime. With a fast response to breakdowns and maintenance requirements, we can keep our customers’ trailers in peak condition and on the move - no matter where they are.”

Krone’s fleet of mobile repair vans provide on-site service covering jobs such as minor repairs, diagnostics and preventative maintenance checks. The mobile support fleet was created to streamline the process for the customer and where possible reduce travel time and costs associated with taking a vehicle to a workshop.

Hardie said: “With this network of over 400 dedicated workshops and repair vans, Krone Trailer UK reinforces its position as a trusted partner for companies across Europe. Our commitment to customer service excellence means that businesses can focus on what they do best, while Krone takes care of their trailers’ performance and reliability.”

Customers can find their nearest service centre by using Krone’s online service locator. Its UK network forms part of its worldwide coverage across Europe and beyond. Its service locator details whether the closest provider offers a mobile service or gives the workshop’s address. It also offers information on opening hours and the services that specific location offers so customers can find the appropriate workshop for their requirements.
