Owner-driver fined for failing to stop
A failure to obey directions from a Vosa officer to stop has cost Manchester owner-driver John Henderson £515 in fines and costs. Henderson, trading as Flying Freight, denied the offence, but was convicted by Rochdale Magistrates.
