The parts distributor, Imexparts (IMEX) has highlighted its ability to supply hard-to-source MAN parts to support the commercial vehicle industry. IMEX supplies more than 15,000 part numbers for MAN trucks. These include components such as diesel tanks, mirrors, sensors and switches, steering and suspension, bumpers and body parts, intercoolers, air tanks and engine parts.
IMEX’s range offers solutions for all MAN trucks including the TGA, TGL, TGM, TGS and TGX. The company has recently expanded its coverage across the country to offer more workshops access to its same day delivery services in the north of England and the Midlands. Other parts of the country benefit from next day delivery.
IMEX is currently offering up to 70% off its truck parts with a 12-month unlimited mileage warranty. This update was provided through IMEX’s new parts bulletin which published information on new sticking lines. The bulletin also signposts special deals and discounts which are available for AUTOCOMM partners.
AUTOCOMM is a sub-brand of IMEX which is for commercial vehicle motor factors. The brand supplies engine parts, engine management products, filters, body panels, lighting, exhaust parts, wipers, mirrors and thermal management products, manufactured to OE quality specification, including truck parts such as steering, suspension, axle and driveline, bumper, cab, fuel, electrical and rotating electrics.
When AUTOCOMM was launched Martin Butterworth, managing director at IMEX, said: “We’ve invested heavily in AUTOCOMM to ensure a personalised experience, tailored to the needs of our CV motor factor customers. From our e-marketing campaigns to our user-friendly AUTOCOMM online portal – where customers can check real time stock availability and place and track orders – every touchpoint is crafted with them in mind.”
The company was recently acquired by the Universal Parts Group (UPG). The South African group has subsidiaries in Ukraine, Poland, and the UK, supplying parts from engine component manufacturers including Mahle, TRW, King Bearings and Victor Reinz.
