AN Richards has supplied North Wales-based Henllan Bakery with three MAN TGE high roof vans.

The long wheelbase vehicles are currently covering around 1000 miles per week on rural routes around North and Mid Wales. Ed Moore, director at the Denbighshire-based bakery, praised the help he had received from Alun Jones, MAN TGE sales executive at the dealer.

He said: “You know you’re going to get good service from him and AN Richards as they like us are a family firm who care about their customers. The last few years we have been really let down by our chosen van provider so we felt the time was right for a change and I’m confident we have made the right decision.”

The bakery, run by the Moore family, employs 83 staff and has 22 delivery vans delivering fresh produce around North and Mid Wales, Shropshire and the Wirral six days a week.

Moore said: “The vans are lovely to drive and the build quality is excellent.”
