Yorkshire-based Meller Flow Trans will be helping visitors explore its range of engineered product transfer technology at this summer’s Road Transport Expo (RTX).
Meller designs, supplies, installs and maintains product transfer systems for all sectors of the industry. This includes products ranging from liquid handling cargo pumps and high volume powder blowers, through to simple hydraulics and specialist cryogenic metering systems.
The Bradford firm specialises in all forms of liquid handling technology covering aggressive chemicals, petroleum, liquefied gases, food stuffs and lubes.
Whilst its large range of air moving products cover all elements of the dry bulk transport market including cements, animal feeds and pellets.
ADR conversions and Safe Load Pass upgrades complete its ‘one stop shop’.
Meller Flow Trans’ association with the liquefied gas industry spans more than 50 years.
The company said its range of Blackmer cargo pumps are standard fitment for many major fleets.
Meller’s range of liquefied gas meters includes the state-of-the-art pressure differential system, Flowcom 3000.
The Flowcom meter system contains no moving parts and hence incurs no wear and requires no maintenance. It is suitable for LPG, LNG, Co2 and cryogenic air gases.
Flowcom carries full European MID (weights & measures) approval and, according to Meller, “is quite probably the most advanced liquefied gas meter available today”.
“Having attended Tank-Ex in Harrogate for many years, Meller Flow trans are especially excited about this year’s RTX event in Warwickshire,” said MD Mark Allcock.
“We believe the event has grown both in scale and stature, attracting new exhibitors, and most likely many new visitors, due to the change of location and format. It could now likely be viewed as the premier Road Transport exhibition in the UK.”
- The Road Transport Expo is completely free to attend and takes place from 30 June to 2 July at NAEC Stoneleigh. Make sure to book your ticket today!
